Fearing’s partnered with NCG Hospitality to bring intelligent AV, lighting, and control solutions to Milwaukee’s newest landmark hotel.
The Trade Hotel, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, is a destination property designed for luxury, performance, and exclusivity. Positioned next to the Fiserv Forum—home of the Milwaukee Bucks—the hotel regularly welcomes visiting NBA teams and high-profile guests.
Fearing’s AVS was selected as the hotel’s AV integrator, entrusted with designing and installing custom systems for banquet halls, conference rooms, multiple restaurants, and the ultra-premium Presidential Suite.
Banquet & Conference Room: Installed Crestron-controlled AV presentation systems with Panasonic Projectors, Draper screens, Shure microphones, and Q-Sys audio.
Restaurants: Background music and video systems for immersive dining.
Presidential Suite (8th and 9th floors): Crestron-controlled motorized shades, Lutron lighting, SONIFI TV’s, and high-end audio system for terrace and living space.
Facility Control: CISCO network switches and Crestron AV over IP distribution.
Significant supply chain delays (notably windows) disrupted the construction timeline, leading to compressed schedules and overlapping trades. As the low-voltage contractor, Fearing’s often had to work secondarily around other trades with very little notice.
Despite being impacted by materials delays and sequencing challenges, Fearing’s maintained flexibility and collaboration with all trades. Strategic project management and agile execution allowed the team to deliver every system on time—even with constrained installation windows.
