Dan Blaschka serves as CEO of Fearing’s, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operations, and growth initiatives. With experience scaling service organizations, Dan is focused on expanding Fearing’s through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions across the Midwest. He regularly works with owners of established audio, video, and security businesses who are considering succession planning, partnerships, or sale opportunities.
Dan works alongside a high-performing executive leadership team whose expertise across operations, technology, sales, and people development continues to strengthen the organization and support long-term growth.
In addition to his role at Fearing’s, Dan serves on multiple advisory and leadership boards, contributing insight on business strategy and organizational development.
Dan and his wife, Tricia, are proud parents of twins in middle school. Outside of work, Dan enjoys collecting classic muscle cars, participating in church activities, and supporting youth sports programs.

Tricia Blaschka serves as Vice President of People, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources leadership within technical and high-growth organizations. She has led initiatives in multi-state compliance, HR system transitions, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies that support growing teams. Known for her people-first approach, Tricia focuses on building strong cultures that align people, performance, and long-term growth while ensuring employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
Tricia is married to Dan and is the proud mom of twins. She and her husband spend much of their time supporting their children’s sports and activities. She also enjoys staying involved in her children’s school and church community and volunteering for events and programs. At home, life is kept lively by their two cats, and during football season you can always find Tricia cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Ehren Tresner serves as Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Fearing’s Audio Video Security, where he leads technology strategy and drives innovation across the company’s AV and security solutions. With over 35 years of hands-on experience in audio, video, and integrated technology systems, he helps shape Fearing’s technical standards, solution design, and long-term technology roadmap. Ehren works closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver advanced solutions including AV systems, mass notification, video surveillance, access control, and digital signage.
His passion for technology began early building and racing RC cars and teaching himself BASIC programming in the 1980s before purchasing his first audio mixer in 1990. Outside of work, Ehren enjoys producing live audio, video, and lighting for bands, playing bass, UTV off-road adventures, traveling with his wife, hanging out with his 4 adult children and spending time at their cabin in the woods.

Ben Voeck serves as Vice President of Operations at Fearing’s Audio Video Security, where he oversees operational strategy, project execution, and team performance across the company’s commercial technology divisions. With more than 20 years of experience in the audio-visual and low-voltage industry—and over a decade of leadership at Fearing’s—Ben plays a key role in driving operational excellence, scalable growth, and consistent project delivery. Ben is committed to building strong teams, developing people, and creating operational systems that allow projects to be delivered efficiently, safely, and at the highest standard of quality. His leadership focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients while supporting the long-term growth and culture of the organization.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and is a proud husband and father of two. He is passionate about fishing, photography, the outdoors, enjoys coaching and supporting youth athletics in his community.

Chris Matson serves as Senior Vice President with Fearing’s for the last 21 years and brings 27 years of experience in the audio, video, and security industry. As a Certified Leader in Sales Acceleration and trained in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), Chris leverages his expertise to lead Fearing’s sales team with a strong focus on client services, growth, accountability, and success. He and his team are highly motivated to develop new client partnerships while continuing to strengthen long-standing relationships through exceptional service and support.
Chris has been married for 22 years and is the proud father of three children. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, fishing, hunting, golf, and spending time outdoors. He has also been actively involved in his community as a youth football and softball coach and through his involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
