Shawn Hermsen
Nearing his 5 year anniversary in October, we recognize Fearing’s AV Project Foreman, Shawn Hermsen.
Not only does Shawn add to the overall success at Fearing’s, but continuously makes our partners feel heard and appreciated. When approaching a project, his excitement is contagious and the final result is beyond compare.
It’s this dedication to delivering at the highest level that makes Shawn respected by both clients and co-workers.

Some examples of Shawn and team’s AV projects include:
- Zendesk (conference rooms, digital signage and schedulers)
- Circus World (music throughout the campus and emergency paging)
- Kalahari’s new convention center (multiple rooms, room control and full-rack builds)
Married for 12 years to his wife, Kristin, Shawn has 4 daughters and enjoys hiking, swimming and vacationing with his family.
