Get to know the faces behind the hardworking team at Fearing’s Audio Video Security

Fearing’s is full of talented experts who work to make your audio, video and security dreams a reality. In a new article called the ‘Employee Spotlight’ we are giving you a chance to get to know the team better. This month the spotlight is on Chris Matson. Chris is the VP of Sales and has been a valuable member of the team for 14 years. Here are some fun facts about Chris.

Question: Before working at Fearing’s, what was the most unusual or interesting job you had?
Answer: I traveled abroad in my early twenties through Europe. While traveling through Turkey I was hired to sell sailboat excursions on an old Pirate Ship.

Question: What do you like most about Fearing’s?
Answer: Our great team at Fearing’s and my loyal customers. Many of whom I have developed friendships with outside of work.

Question: Where is your favorite place in the world?
Answer: Santorini, Greece.

Question: If you could be any animal what would you be?
Answer: Dog. I have two Labrador Retrievers and they have a very good life. Who wouldn’t want their belly scratched every night?

Question: What’s your favorite season in Wisconsin?
Answer: Summer! Wisconsinites put up with enough through the winter months. I can’t wait to be outside and enjoy all of the great areas of this State.

Question: If you could swap lives with someone for a day, dead or alive, who would it be?
Answer: George Washington.

Question: College or pro ball? And which team(s)?
Answer: Green Bay Packers!

Question: What’s your favorite Christmas movie?
Answer: Christmas Vacation. My family tells I have many similarities to Clark W. Griswold.

Question: What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
Answer: Took my motorcycle out way past the posted speed limit.

Question: If you won the lottery what is the first thing you’d do?
Answer: Post it on social media with my phone number and address.

Question: If you could learn to do anything what would it be?
Answer: Become an Astronaut

Question: Beach or mountains?
Answer: Beaches.

Question: If your house was burning down, what’s the first non-living thing you’d save?
Answer: Digital Media and Old Photo Albums.

Question: What was your first concert?
Answer: Bryan Adams.

Question: If you could get backstage passes to any concert/musician dead or alive, who would it be?
Answer: Guns N’ Roses.

Question: What would be your last meal on death row?
Answer: Steak.

Question: What do you like to do when you’re away from the office?
Answer: Love to take trips with my family, play golf, coach softball, fish and hunt.
