Shawn Hermsen
Nearing his 5 year anniversary in October, we recognize Fearingโs AV Project Foreman, Shawn Hermsen.
Not only does Shawn add to the overall success at Fearingโs, but continuously makes our partners feel heard and appreciated. When approaching a project, his excitement is contagious and the final result is beyond compare.
Itโs this dedication to delivering at the highest level that makes Shawn respected by both clients and co-workers.

Married for 12 years to his wife, Kristin, Shawn has 4 daughters and enjoys hiking, swimming and vacationing with his family.
